Return Policy

Our objective is that you are always satisfied with your purchase. But if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return the item by following the procedures outlined below.

If the product you have ordered from us, is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had ordered please notify us within 48 hours of the delivery. We will not be able to accept damaged/defective, wrong product shipped if we have been notified later than 48 hours from receipt of the package. You can notify us via email – [email protected].

We recognize that purchases made online and purchases made in-store may be done under different conditions. We have therefore opted for two (2) policies that will facilitate the situation for our customers whether purchases are made online or in-store.

Online Purchases:

We understand that footwear purchases made online may not always allow you to try-on the item until you receive it.

  •  The custom-made products are not refundable or returnable.
  • If the size is already available then only it will be dispatched immediately.
  • The refund or return time period is 15 days after the order placed. Afterward, the refund or return will not be acceptable.
  • The returned product should be unused and fresh.
  • Any exchange or refund must be processed by returning the item to our warehouse facility at your cost.
  • Items Purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged at our Store.
  • Once the item is received, it is inspected to confirm it is unworn, in its original packing and in sellable condition. If approved, we will ask for bank details and process the refund amount within 15 days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If you haven’t received a refund within 15 days, first check your bank account or credit card statement again. Then contact us via Email and we will try to solve it ASAP.

In-store Purchases:

  • Clearance items and items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Gift purchases may be exchanged within 7 Days of the purchase with the gift receipt, provided the item is unworn, in its original packing, and in sellable condition.
  • The custom-made products are not refundable or returnable.
